Guest Chef

“The only real stumbling block is fear of failure. In cooking you’ve got to have a what-the-hell attitude.”

— Julia Child —

Welcome to my Guest Chef page, where I feature chefs and cooks from different countries and cultures. I will be interviewing guests or receiving essays from small family-run restaurants to four-star establishments. Our guests will share their inspiration, favorite foods, hopes, and dreams.

That’s my lofty goal. There’s a lot of work ahead to get the website and social media flowing, increase followers, and attract four-star restaurant chefs to participate as guests. This will be fun!

Stay connected for announcements of new featured chefs on Facebook, Instagram, and Sky
… and to see if can really pull this off.
